Default Tires for Ek9 Wheels (Civic Type R 5Lug)

Hey guys and girls I just have a quick question,
so I purchased a set of CTR wheels for my Ej6 I want to have beefy tires and was wondering if anything more than 205 (such as 225) would be pushing it???
if you have any suggestions feel free to throw them my way!

they're 15s btw

thank you y’all!!! 😊

I think you meant P195/55R15... not a 16. A P205/50R15 is wider and slightly shorter than the OE tire... and a P225/45R15 will be similar in overall height and more than an inch wider than the OE tire, although it is really too wide for the width of the OE wheel.

I’ll definitely look into the 205/50
