Swapped my first engine in my 96 civic lx. (Zero prior experience). Got mostly everything plugged in but I can’t find where these two plug into. Went from D16Y7 - D16A. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
*before y’all start commenting “ why didn’t you just upgrade?” I’m just getting my daily back alive so I can get back to work and stack up for 240sx parts.

The one with the rubber boot might be for a knock sensor, and the other one looks like maybe for a crank sensor.
That makes complete sense. The D16A doesn’t have a crank sensor, I had CKF bypass it. I guess I just to just have to do some wire management to get the knock sensor to reach down there. Thank you, much appreciated.

The single wire is NOT the Knock sensor wire/plug... it is for the oil pressure switch which illuminates the oil light on the instrument cluster when the pressure is below 7psi. It should have a yellow/red stripe wire. It should plug in to the single male pin on the sensor just to the left of the oil filter on the back of your block.

Fasho, I had already figured where it went. But knowing what it actually is helps. Much appreciated.

You're right. OP didn't show any wire colors, but I have no defense. Lol
