I have a 2000 accord coupe with 2.3. A/C and heat quit working. So far I have replaced the blower motor and fan, resistor, all hvac relays, cabin air filter. You can hear the compressor kick on when you turn ac on but no air is blowing. The controls and actuators are working as well. Any suggestions.
Determine whether the issue is on the power (+) or the ground (-) side.
The following apply to manual A/C (Climate Control HVAC differs):
Disconnect the harness connector to the blower motor and verify whether there is power (+) on the Yel/Blk wire terminal with the ignition ON. If there is power on that wire, then the fuses and relay is good; and the issue would be the ground side. Reconnect the connector to the blower motor.
The ground to the motor runs through the heater fan switch and then blower resistor (fan speeds 1, 2, and 3), except for the highest fan speed (fan speed 4) which runs directly through the heater fan switch. The fan switch is located on the heater control panel.
If there was power going to the blower motor through the Yel/Blk wire with ignition on, then unplug the connector to the heater fan switch. On the disconnected wire harness, with a jumper wire or small paper clip;
Jump cavity terminal no. 1 (Blk wire) to cavity terminal no. 3 (Blu/Red wire). If the blower motor runs with the ignition switch in the ON position (car doesn't need to be running), then the cause is probably due to a faulty heater fan switch. You can also jump terminal no. 1 to 4, 5, and 6 to see if the blower motor runs at the lower speeds.
