Default FS: 2012 Accord V6 Auto 60K miles + mods

I'm selling my 2012 Honda Accord EX-L V6 Auto. I'm the original and only owner of this car. I purchased it in Florida in March 2012 and moved it to Delaware in 2015. The title is clean. The car is paid off several years ago. The car is in very good condition overall. Exterior is good and interior is in very good condition. No dents. Everything works. Mechanically and electrically car needs nothing. The exterior color is silver. The Interior color is black. I don't smoke and never driven pets or kids inside my car. Car was never registered as a carsharing or ridesharing vehicle. It mostly garaged now. On 9-30-2020 car has approximately 59300 miles which will slowly go up during test drives etc. VIN: 1HGCP3F84CA015138.

Car is located in Delaware, 19702.

Car has the following extra parts installed:

1) Authentic Mugen side skirts, rear lip and door visors. I purchased everything brand new from College Honda. Rear lip is cracked a bit but it's visible only from underneath the car. I guess it's due to previous exhaust shaking too much. I only noticed it when removed my custom catback exhaust.
2) Honda LED folding side mirrors with switch. Everything works like it should. I got mirrors and switch via my friend in China. It's OEM Honda stuff which made it for Chinese market.
3) Wheel spacers (H&R and some other brand). I think I even have an extra pair of spacers which I didn't like because they were too narrow but I didn't return it.
4) Short Ram intake. Purchased brand new in Florida.
5) High flow pre-cats. Purchased brand new in Florida.
6) ATLP J-pipe. Purchased brand new in Florida.
7) Quad exhaust tips. Exhaust is original, original mufflers are still there and car is pretty quiet when cruising. No drone noise or anything like that. Only makes noise under hard acceleration. I like it much more than my previous custom exhaust which had drone noise and it was difficult to do a long trips inside this car.
8) eBay trunk and roof spoilers (not in perfect shape). Roof spoiler is flexible and needs to be repainted. Trunk spoiler needs to be repainted in solid color or replaced due to
9) TRS LED fog lights.
10) Unique authentic Honda front bumper and grille. I purchased both brand new via my friend in China. It's from Chinese Accord or whatever they call it which was selling there till 2013. It seems they had 2 facelifts there while we had only one is US. Headlight washers are not functional but I have some parts for it: unfortunately I never got the full set of parts to build headlight washers. I never installed headlight washer parts so I have a box full of parts for it but the list is not complete. Important: this grille only fits this bumper. It won't fit OEM US bumpers 2008-2012. On the bottom there is a pair of Chrome moldings which were unique to Chines market. I may still have some stock pics of the 2013 Chinese Accord somewhere.
11) eBay trunk garnish LED lamps. Not connected because I removed LED tail lights and installed regular OEM tail lights.

I have 2 full sets of Honda original wheels: 19" Honda HFP wheels and 16" regular Honda wheels. Currently 16" wheels are installed since I planned to drive it in winter. You may see 19" on one of the pics. Both sets of tires are like new. I got 16" wheels here in Delaware. Initially I had 17" but I sold it in Florida when I got my HFP 19" wheels.

I want to sell it as a whole meaning no parting out. I'm really tired of denying endless offers regarding possible sale of this or that part individually.

I did all tune-ups by myself since I enjoy maintaining my cars by myself. Initially I worked on my car in Garage Yourself DIY garage in Miami. Then in Delaware I did everything by myself. The alignment was recently done at Fox Run Auto here in Newark, DE. Registration is valid until June 2021.

The bad: I had 2 small accidents in Florida:
1) A guy scratched my rear bumper in Aventura mall while trying to turn into parking space while everyone was stuck in traffic. Bumper was repainted but the job wasn't perfect and now clear coat and paint started to peel a bit. Ideally it needs to be repainted which I estimate as a $500 job.
2) I fender-bendered a car on a slow T-intersection. Was turning right behind another car while yielding to a vehicle from the left and while talked too much I didn't notice that the car in front of me not finished its turn yet. Nothing serious. I had a very small crack in the front bumper on the passenger side. Bags never deployed. At the same time I learned about Chinese Accords and decided to order a bumper and a new grille. Unfortunately the front bumper is not perfectly color matched. I estimate repainting the front bumper as another $500 job. Also i just found the passenger side headlight is a bit cracked on the bottom. I guess it's from that accident though the clear part isn't cracked at all. It works fine. I didn't even know it was cracked until I inspected it closely recently. Ideally it needs to be replaced. I see they sell it brand new headlight assembly at Honda online dealers for $250. If interested I should still have a pic of the bumper somewhere which I took immediately after that accident occurred.
3) Spoilers (read above). You may completely remove it or repaint and keep it.
4) HFP rims need to be refinished due to some light curb rash. Not sure if all 4 or just some of them.

I'm totally fine to do an independent vehicle inspection at Honda dealership or at any other local reputable place. You pay for the inspection.

Asking $12000 OBO. Again price is reasonably negotiable. Please don't offer very low insulting offers. No trades. No shipping. Cash only. If you buy a car we will do a transaction in a local bank here in Delaware. If you are interested or if you have any questions please contact me at any time via private message or here.

PS: if you a Honda guy I will include few extra goodies like my used Megan SS coilovers, led tail lights (removed because couldn't pass inspection here in DE), unique authentic Honda interior trim pieces (got via my friend in China but never installed), OEM trunk garnish, OEM fog lights (I may have them somewhere), OEM side mirrors (I may have them somewhere), several Honda red badges, set of eBay clear headlights, a pair of brand new TRS projectors, my old retrofitted headlights (need some TLC), plastic front lips (was like $200-$300 from Thailand), Honda car cover etc.

PPS: I sell it only because I have several other cars and due to Covid I now work from home and my wife is studying and will be studying from home in spring. We both don't even need cars right now. That's why I feel I need to shrink my stable a bit. Otherwise I'd give it to my wife so she could daily drive it to her college and back.
