Icon4 Leaking Radiator

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum

I got a 97 ek3 hatch with a d15b engine and it is leaking coolant.
I recently changed the intake manifold gasket because of an idling issue due to a vacuum leak (didn't fix it), lost some coolant doing this so i topped up the coolant and burped the cooling system.
After driving for a couple of days, i noticed theres a wet area on the ground under the radiator, checked and it is coolant leaking out from the radiator.
Jacked the car up and coolant leaking like crazy, checked all the hoses making sure theyre all snug and no holes and everything looks okay, top part of the radiator is also clean. Tried topping up the radiator (reservoir is full) and it is leaking just under the fins.
Cleaned the area under the fins where the coolant is and topped up the radiator a little bit again and it starts filling up again.
Does overfilling the cooling system can result to this? I filled the radiator together with the reservoir while i was burping the cooling system.

Coolant where it starts to fill up

Above this area here:

I didn't know radiator can break like this, I was thinking if I overfilled the system.

The seal between the plastic and aluminum will wear off or the plastic will start to crack over time.

Yup over time out of no where they can start leaking, it happened to me after doing a thermostat replacement after that was done I find the radiator leaking haha it was old and I'm sure the original so a new oem replacement was purchased.
