Default need help to identify part

Hi. I need help. Planning to sell my Honda 2001 CRV and found this underneath. Can anyone identify this part and tell me if it is dangerous to drive it? Thanks

Rusted what looks to be the subframe on right side

That looks like the Passenger Side Fuel Tank Rear Frame Brace, Honda part # 74600-S10-010. List price is $40.50. You can get it for less through online Honda dealers; but, there is shipping costs.

That only bolts on, relatively easy replacement. Spray rust penetrate and let soak for awhile before attempting to remove.

Tech8 thank you for your advice. Do you know if that makes it dangerous to drive? I'd like to drive it to a shop for repair if possible.

As long as other parts of the car don't have serious issues, it should be okay to drive for repair.

In addition to the passenger side rear frame brace; the fuel tank has two fuel tank bands (straps), a driver's side rear frame brace, and a middle cross member giving it support.
