Werid noise when turning steering wheel at start up

if your talking about the same noise i had, just go to the dealer, and tell them, and they will lube up something in the steering column i'm not sure exactly, but their is a service report on this issue, because it happens to alot of tegs. mine is a 98 GSR and it happened to me, hope this helps...

my car was under warranty when i had the problem, sorry can't help you on pricing. but i'm sure it's not much , just labor cost of one hour, since they said they just lubed up something inside the steering console.

It took them about 5 min. at most, but mine was covered so I didn't have to pay anything. Just ask nice and maybe they will cover it
