Hello,

I need some help if anyone would be so kind.

I have purchased a front bush kit for my car which is, a 1995 Del Sol VTI

Here is a picture of the kit.

Now two of the bushes I have no problem with.

However the one on the top right of the picture, the one with the flat face is bothering me.

My current arm looks like so;



The issue being that the bush that is currently in place does not have the flat face on.

My question being is this the correct bush?

Would there be any issues using the bush with the flat face??

I have searched the internet and found an arm with the flat face bush in;





The arms look the same, so I have no idea.

I have asked the seller of the kit and they said “dunno mate, I have never fitted them”

Please help!!

That specific bushing, in the first & third pics, looks more like what I'm used to seeing on 6th gens (96-00) while the one in the 2nd pic looks like a 5th gen (92-95, which should match yours). But then the 1st & 3rd photos also show a 5th gen compliance bushing (the big one in it's own housing) so I don't know anymore lol.

 

This is what happens when people mix/match parts, sell a car and don't do a 'knowledge pass' of what was done.
