Default Curious to get back into Hondas

Hey all. My name is Dan. I used to be an active member around here and owned a '97 coupe for five or so years back in high school and college (2006-2011). I currently own a 2003 Corvette that I use on weekends and do HPDE with. I just sold my daily in June, a 2014 328i manual as I'm not driving all that much these days. I was at a track weekend at Roebling Road in GA recently and was chatting with some EG/EK owners and am kind of getting the itch to get back into these cars.

I remember a few years ago there were regularly a bunch of swapped cars for sale on the classifieds here. I just took a quick look this morning and it seems like the entire section is basically sold cars. I'm wondering if Honda-Tech is still the place to find these cars. Are they just getting rare as they age and harder to come by? I'd love to find a clean Civic with a B series or something like that to daily. Are there better places to search for these cars?

Thanks!

Welcome back. I'm in the same boat as you just got back into the honda game.

Most classified and forums seem to have moved onto I would keep an eye on Facebook marketplace and search for regional honda groups on facebook.

Welcome back! imo these days its all with social media! Instagram and Facebook! There is tons of groups you could join that sell nice swapped cars, one public group that I'm in on Facebook that I see very nice swapped cars is K SERIES PARTS FOR SALE EP3/DC5 K SWAP CARS K20 K24, the bigger the group the better this group has around 56.6k members but you will find nice K swapped cars ranging from $15k to $6k which is the thing these days! but I'm still old school and love the B series but that's an idea where to start looking. I recently saw a clean 96 hatch with a K swap done nicely asking $6,500! if it was closer I would of bought it and sold my other hatch!
