Stripped screw in fuse box
So this is a bit of a weird situation, there's a screw in my engine bay fuse box that has a stripped head and I'd like to replace it. Can I safely remove it with a standard stripped screw extractor, and does anyone know what type of screw it is so I can buy a replacement before removing the old one? If not I'll just remove another screw and snap a photo for comparison when looking for the replacement. Thanks in advance. 2010 Civic LX.
There are two types of screws in the under-hood fuse box. This online Honda dealer site shows the two types. Is it the screw numbered 29 or 30? Do you mean the head is rounded? Also #29 can also sometimes be removed with a Philips type screwdriver or bit.
