1998 Prelude - H22 - 5 Spd - P.O. installed a cold air intake and aftermarket exhaust.

Got erratic idle and P1129. Changed MAP and IACV.

Found this little guy and can't figure out exactly what it is/does and the line on the left has been cut.

So can anyone tell me what this is? I can read p/n E1T38174 on the top. Google thinks it's all kinds of things. I'm not new under the hood but I am new to Honda. And to this.

Any help would ne greatly appreciated.

 

Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor. It is related to the EVAP system. The tube on the left has not been cut, it suppose to be like that, it is a vent tube.
