Hi everyone
My 04 honda accord uses an electronic headlight adjuster instead of a screw in the back of the headlights. Unfortunately the part that holds on the leveling motor is broken in one of my headlgihts is there any way I can buy this part since these are brand new headlights.
I am looking for the white plastic connected to the adjuster.
Theres almost no chance of an aftermarket plastic part like that so you'd be looking to see if the dealer or a genuine oem online parts store would have it. Theres not a very good chance, I'm thinking you'd be looking at replacing the larger component its attached to.
You could most likely get it from a junkyard. I didn't know the '04 Accords had electronic headlight adjusters, news to me.

I felt like it wouldn't be possible the only way is to get the whole headlight it seems. The thing is since its a plastic piece and you never find new esh headlights in the junk the part usually is either broken or breaks when you try to get it out.
Most 7th gen accord don't have electronic leveling but my region mandates it I guess.
Anyway thanks for your reply.
Do you still have the piece of the adjuster that broke off? You could try super gluing it, it looks like a pretty small part that might see alot of torque so it might not work but there are alot of pretty impressive super glues out there now adays.
