Icon5 Circle Piece on transmission

How's it going fellas, I apologize ahead of time for the lack of description in the title. I'm unsure exactly what system this piece belongs to. Long story short, I'm replacing an engine in my 2007 Honda Civic 1.8 and didn't take pictures before hand. I'm now left with two tubes which connect to the circle piece mounted on the transmission and I'm puzzled on where they go. Any insight would be extraordinary. Hopefully these pictures below make up for the lack of description!

That schematic is awesome, unfortunately the two I'm missing are the ones that lead to E-15-10. I yanked the intake off to get a better look but still to no avail.

Those other hoses lead to the water outlet and the thermostat housing.
