Default Wet spark plug

Hi, I have a Honda Civic ec9, d14a1 engine with dual cv carbs. For some time now the engine doesn’t run smoothly as it did. Head gasket is new, and the compression was good after the replacement (one year ago). Since then I fitted new spark plugs two times, and cylinder 3. plug always gets wet.
The cable is good, it fires well and there’s a noticeable difference when this plug is disconnected. I haven’t had a chance to check the compression yet. But could it be something else that’s going on?
engine starts great every time, but it’s gone south considering mpg and performance

https://www.google.com/search?q=crx+oil+in+spark+plug

o ring.

the #3 cylinder has an oil jet passage right next to it and so the gasket has a funny snowman shape. #18.

replace that and the other ones (#17) too.

also, under the valve cover, there are additional gaskets (#3 below), along with the valve cover gasket too, that could be replaced as maintenance, but not likely the real cause of the oily issue.

Thank you for your reply! Those upper (#3) gaskets have been to old and leaky, so I replaced them. This #18 is definetely causing the problem. I noticed some gap between head and rocker assembly in cylinder #3 spark hole. This gap doesn't exist in other spark ports. But I'm afraid that the main problem is not that oil above the electrode, it's this inside the combustion chamber

Most likely, yes. Thank you! It was very stupid to replace head gasket while leaving the old valve seals...
