96 acura integra rs stock b18b1 cranks but won't start. Has spark, has fuel, timing looks like its spot on. When it first turns on, it clicks like 3 or 4 times super quickly along with all the dash lights. Fuel pump buzzes has fuel at the injectors, has spark at the plugs. The speedometer goes all the way up to like 85 when cranking and sometimes slowly drops while cranking to about 35. It is on a jump box due to bad battery. Have not checked fuses yet other than in the engine bay. Do know that my head has a sensor wire ripped. Believe its oil temp sensor? Middle plug on dizzy side with a single yellow striped wire. Didnt think it would prevent the car from atleast starting. Any input is greatly appreciated.
