Default 2006 accord idling issues

I replaced the starter on my 2.4 accord, and in the process accidently unplugged three of the 6 wires from the throttle body actuator on the back of the throttle body, under the intake hose. I managed to plug them back in the correct place, but when I crank the car, it idles at 2k rpm for about 20 seconds before fluctuating between around 900-1800 rpms constantly. The intake hose has a slight crack which I have taped until I can buy a new one but im unsure if that is the total issue. I welcome any recommendations on what I can do to fix the idling issue. Thanks !

First suggestion: Ask a MOD to move your Accord questions out of the Civic sub-forum and into the Accord sub-forum. You will likely get more help there. Second, make sure that you compare the wiring order of your T/B plug with the factory service manual to verify that you do in fact have the wiring fixed properly. Third, if the damage to your inlet pipe is between the MAF and the T/B, the leak there WILL cause poor engine operation and idle issues. Replace that pipe immediately.
