Spark plug tightening torque?

Default Spark plug tightening torque?
Numerous internet searches turned up surprisingly little about tightening specs for the 2010 Civic LX. Does anyone know the tightening torque for the spark plugs?

The service manual I have says 13 ft/lb of torque when used with anti-seize compound. This is inline with almost every other Honda engine I've worked on.
