Hi Everyone, I have a 1994 D15B Vtec (JDM) Del Sol and im planninf on slapping a cheap turbo kit onto it and sending it was just wondering if anyone here has installed one of these cheap turbo kits and whether they were able to keep A/C?

when you contacted the seller about fitment, what was their reply?

 

You should be asking the seller that question.

 

I predict both of those manifolds will be cracked to the point of not being able to use them in under a 6 months. The cheap manifolds have poor weld penetration and use very thin material.

Also, you are correct - there is no way that manifold, turbo, and down pipe are going to clear your AC compressor. This manifold style also puts the waste gate right where your AC condenser would go.

 

Say farewell to your A/C. Fitment for most of it is gonna be rubbish as well. Hope you have an angle grinder/cutter and a welder.

 

Ah dang cheers for replies guys i think it wold be worthwhile to invest a little more for a setup that actually fits!
