Should I add STA-BIL before or after my smog (emissions) test?
I need to get my 96 civic smogged today. I won't be driving the car for a while after and need to add STA-BIL. Was curious if it could negatively impact my emissions test? Should I wait until after the test to add it in, or before? ANy advice appreciated! Thank you!
