1995 EK3 (DB15Z6) recovery.
Hi all.
I just bought back my mother's car (1995 EK3 1.5 iLS VTEC) that she sold a few years back. I've learned to drive on this car, and I managed to track it down.
Unfortunatly, the owners after my mother were not kind to it.
It has 216k km (135k miles)

I want to start a recovery process for this car, and start to fix it and I wanted your feedback on parts and what to do to it.
Right now I'm going to focus on safety (suspension and braking) and change all fluids, filters and belts, also thermostat and water pump (while I'm doing the timing belt I'll change that too).
But after that, I want to start improving the car.
My goal is:
A sleeper build
No big exaust noise but some performance (with a catalytic converter, need it to pass inspection)
keep it naturally aspirated.
I found it with no oil.... but with some oil and fuel it started right up! Seems to work just fine.
Any advice on parts and things I have to look out for?
Thanks in advance.

Knowing what country the car is from is helpful.
Most of us on this site are predominately familiar with USDM/CDM models as such don't know a whole lot about you D15Z6 as that's not an engine over here.
Knowing the domestic market of the car is a solid start so everyone can work on the same page.
