Oil coming out of Exhaust Manifold.
More white than blue just means more oil burned than less. Blue is when it's little amounts of oil, when it's larger, it's thicker and more white.
Does it smell sweet? I kind of doubt it does but should ask anyway. I suspect it smells kinda foul.

Smells sweet which I was told that, that’s coolant burning somewhere. Is there anyway to attach videos on here?

Valve stem seals. But if you smell something sweet then it's a head gasket. So do a leak down test, the head could be warped and you are burning oil and coolant
sounds like you need redo the headgasket and torque to spec/ sequence. While you have the head off get the shop to have them check the head for worn out valve seals, valve guides and valves. And wouldn’t hurt to have them check for head warp.
if your mechanically incline then you can do the valve seals and valves yourself but have them check the valve guides before putting the head back on to make sure it doesn’t leak oil again.
