Default 91 civic Innovative Pro series traction bar install help

Ok, I have a 91 civic, trying to install my Innovative Pro series bar. I've got new Skunk2 front LCA's which I've read helped with the install so the radius rod doesn't contact the suspension fork. It doesn't, that bolts up fine.
However, if I bolt up the heim joint loosely to the traction bar, or vice versa, and bolt up the radius rod to the LCA, the angle to the opposite is off so much so I cannot install without effort. I cannot bolt up the radius rod to the traction bar first, as the angle to bolt up to the LCA makes it impossible to do so. Ok so then I bolted up the rod to the LCA first, but now the radius rod is about an inch above the mounting point to the traction bar. Is that normal?
I need to forcibly press down to get it into the mount and to bolt it down to the traction bar. It rotates the LCA noticeably when doing this and puts tension on the whole setup. Anyone else? Also jacking up the LCA does nothing to change the angle.
Also, the suspension fork to LCA bolt and the LCA to subframe bolt is loosely installed and not torqued. The only thing torqued is the Traction bar to the front subframe, and the radius rod to LCA.

I would bolt up the radius rod to the traction bar first, then unbolt the swaybar, lower ball joint and fork mount and swing lca gown to line up with the two radius arm bolts. Is the traction bar installed with the "lift" plate on the bottom of the bar?
Here is an install video(not mine):

Thanks for the reply. So the ball joint is loose, the sway bar links were removed completely prior to install, suspension fork bolt is loose as is the LCA to subframe bolt. So the whole LCA was basically loosely installed. I won't tighten the subframe LCA bolts until the suspension is under load. And yes the lift point is facing down.
