98 Integra ls with gsr swap, well I've got a couple of issues but I'm thinking they're symptoms of this main problem. When you go to start the car the starter will spin and engage but every so often it will cut all power to the vehicle for just a split second then carry on. The other issues are that the idle is rough as hell, it doesn't rev over 3k and it is low on power. The previous owner did move the battery to the back but I really don't see how this could be the issue. I replaced the throttle body, distributor and ECU because I had them lying around and needed a sanity check but I still can't seem to pin down the problem.
