Default Black soot/black smoke from exhaust-Super rich with lean readings?

Hi all, I'm having a weird problem. To my understanding black exhaust smoke means that your running rich but I'm getting super lean readings. I'm also getting black spatter/soot from the exhaust which I'm starting to think is fuel. Can anyone check my tune/data logs to see why my car would be reading super lean when all signs point to a rich mixture? Or if there's anything that looks out of the ordinary with the tune in general?

The car ran fine WOT with the tune before the car sat with readings of 12AFR. It did have an idle problem but I have since installed some new sensors and new IACV.

Thanks in advance and I can make some new data logs for anyone who can help. I'm also hitting a wall at 5k which I think may be due to the fuel issue. I've also had code 43 Fuel Supply System but it was one of those codes that come and go, happened 3 times maybe.

Can give more information if needed. BTW the car has adequate fuel supply so confused as to why I got that code.

So my timing was way off. I sync'd it with the Hondata and I don't hit a wall at 5k anymore. My idle afr's are around 14.8-15.2 but they don't seem to move at all when in full throttle. Is that a problem with my sensor or some settings.

I have the wideband wired to D10 but I don't have r136 cut in the ecu(there's no r138). Would that possibly effect the signal even though I have ELD disabled?

Note: At cold start the afr's seem to work and are fluctuating(reading), but when operating temp is met they seem to freeze.

btw, I have o2 heater disabled so don't think it has anything to do with it.

IIRC, r136 limits the voltage that the input can read, it sounds like you are hitting that.
