Default 2013 Odyssey A/C recycle not engaging

Recently in the Texas heat, we noticed that the A/C is not kicking out full blast when we engage the recycle. I replaced the blower motor about 3 years ago, the cabin filter is on order, but when pulled out, it still doesn't blow hard like it use to. I'm not a mechanic but am handy enough to usually be able to follow directions or watch videos to fix things. I just don't know what the parts are called or where to look. I took down the glove box and made sure nothing was blocking anything. Just need some direction or guidance on what to look for. Thanks in advance. I also have a 2000 Accord that just blows HOT air, tried re-changing and that didn't seem to take; may need to take that one in.

so lets talk about whats going on here. does the AC not come out full blast right away? Or does it take some time for that symptom to occur? Also answer me this: when the airflow is slow, if you switch over to heat does it get better after a few minutes?

As for the 2000 accord it most likely has a leak, or the compressor isn't starting for some reason or another.
