H22a1 prelude would a 4 to 1 headers work and if so would it do good or bad thx

 

This has been heavily debated over the years and has actual data behind it that would answer your question if you just took 30 seconds to type your inquiry into a search engine.

 

Headers would "help" in a $12k high end, all motor build by flowing better and providing the correct back pressure, they would allow the tuner to squeeze maybe 10-15hp more but thats about it. For most cars however, they are not worth the investment, especially if there is no re-tuning of the ecu.
