Default 97' Civic (D15B Non Vtec Swap) Idle issue

Hey guys!
Could defs use a hand here. The bottom end of my Y7 was on its way out, so i picked up a D15B and threw it in there with the stock ECU.
I've been successful in getting the car running with no check engine light, however i'm stumped on an Idle issue. It's fluctuating similar to a bad IACV/vacuum leak, but I've replaced the IACV, Map sensor, intake manifold gasket and checked all my lines with no luck. I'm unsure of what else to check and I'm hoping for some ideas.

Any and all help is appreciated!

Do a thorough bleed of the cooling system with the heater valve wide open. Then go from there (vacuum or air intake leak).
