I have a 2002 ACCORD Sedan LX
The cowl is named "COWL TOP ASSY., Part Number: 74200-S84-A00"
I can't find any info online, but what is the function of the 2 pop-out panels, labeled 18 and 19, in the pic?
Those parts are named:
LID, DRIVER COWL TOP and LID, PASSENGER COWL TOP; Part Number: 74202-S84-A00 and 74207-S84-A00
You can't change or adjust anything without removing the entire cowl panel anyway.
I figured the only reason for them is maybe to insert a hose to clear a blocked drainage channel, and perhaps inspect the air cabin intake?
