pressure plate scratch
Hi guys, It's is my first time changing clutch so please go easy on me.
So I change the clutch in my honda accord 2001. I thought clutch is simple. just change the old one with the new one. I did not know that I need to resurface the flywheel. (but I did clean it) so I finish the job and then after a day of using the car it starts slipping again. (I know I am stupid for not doing my research first before doing a job.)
I'm gonna drop the transmission again. so my question is. Can I still reuse the clutch disk that I just installed and if the pressure plate have a scratch just a small scratch, is it okay to reuse the pressure plate of just change it again?
also if you guys have tips on changing transmission it will be appreciated.
