Default Scraping metal/Grinding

I have a 2005 Honda Accord SE my brakes were replaced less than 6 months ago. Out of nowhere with no other indicator's, a metal scraping noise started and is constant while driving. Upon braking and slowing to stop there's a grinding noise. Brakes not leaking, not pulling to one side. Ideas on what this could be???

I would start with the dust shield surrounding the brakes. Sometimes these shift or bend out of place and press against the rotor which can sound like a grinding noise. Make sure you've got plenty of clearance. If not, maybe the bearings have gone bad. A decent indicator is if the noise gets worse as you turn to one side. That can help you identify if a specific bearing is failing. Just a few suggestions to look into
