Hi there. I am new here. I currently have an 03 Element 5 spd manual AWD. Recently I bought an additional 08 Honda Element 5spd manual AWD. The 08 is getting a used JDM engine and a 6spd gear conversion from a Civic Si. I am searching for a mild to moderate performance clutch ( stage 2) without spending ridiculous money. Anyone have any information on clutch brands or part #'s that are compatible. Most performance clutch brands only list clutches for sport Honda models even though the transmissions are identical to some extent. I am still learning about K series. I was told to search for K Series clutches. I get results for up to about 03 - 06 RSX or type S. Are there differences anything over 2006 on K series transmissions? I'd imagine the gears ratios can and will be different but the transmission housing should still be the same?? Someone please school me a little bit on the similarities and differences on K series transmissions of early 2000's and late 2000's. Not interest in gear ratios, just if they will interchange clutches or not within the housing with the flywheel and interchangeability between sport sedans and SUV models... I am expecting to be humbled by your input...hahaha
