Default Bad MICU on 05 Honda accord

I changed the Micu on my 05 Honda accord, but, the car only cranks but does not start, no power going to the ecu fuse, rear and front passenger windows, no power to the ignition coils just ground, no power to the ignition fuses 1,2,3 & 4, how do I go about this, moreover, isn't this multiplex fuse box a plug and play?

Should be plug in play. 2003-2007 Accord was a Type 4 immobilizer, that is before they added the MICU to the immobilizer chain.

Was it a new or a used MICU? Could be a bad unit?

thanks for replying, it's a used micu.

i have power in the load side and control pin of the fuel relay and the coil relay, and also the ecu relay, I have ground on the ignition coils but no power, I also have ground permanent ground on the injector nuzzle but no power. When I put the keys on ignition, I have a flashing key on the dash board and I don have a battery indication light.....

I am suspecting a bad ECU or an open or short in the one of the ECU wire harnesses

You should have power at the injectors and coils even if the immobilizer is blocking the car from running. Something is not right.

There should be no ground at the injectors unless the injector is firing. ECU grounds the injector to make it fire.

I am not certain but I think the power for the injectors and coils is controlled by the MICU via the main relay. I don't have the diagrams for the Accords so I can't say for sure but other Honda's of the era are that way.
