98 Accord EX misfires, but runs fine when restarted
As the title says, my 1998 Accord misfires and stalls about half the time I start it in the morning, but runs great if I let the engine idle for about a minute and then restart it. If I let it run without restarting it, it'll keep misfiring. I've replaced the plugs, plug wires, cap, rotor, and ignition coil. What else is there to check?
Do you get an actual error in the computer registering the misfires?
Have you double checked the gap on the plugs? I hvae often found overgapped plugs.

Can you pull each wire to determine which cylinder is misfiring?
You could also check the fuel injector harness to make sure each one is locked in there, but I don't really think that's the issue.
Maybe a valve adjustment? Can you check that youreself?
