Hello all. Needing a little help. 04 civic dx d17a1 motor and a couple months ago threw a code p0497. Next day wife said it was making a Finn noise and check engine light was on. Broke a spring for timing tensioner. Replaced the timing belt and water pump. Checked the cmp and cks and Both were good. Put back together after finding tdc and then it threw 0340 and would drive over 35mph and felt like car had a govenor on it because it surged at 3000 rpm. Put new cmp in and it threw a 0349 and now it starts runs for a couple and dies. Have checked all wires and harnessing and to no luck am I finding anything.
