Hey guys it's Entheogen from JDMR, here's my h22 head port and polished came out very nice. Did the intake side today, exhaust coming up soon. It's your basic skunk pro2 cams, h23a stock block build. Ported h22 oem intake manifold, tri y header, going to tune it on e85.
Thank you I appreciate it, 1/4 electric grinding tool(compressors are noisey) and cone shaped sandpaper rolls for the intake side. Some would start with carbide bits first but I only do that on the exhaust ports. A Dremel is easier to control if your starting out and practicing on a intake manifold(s) helps. I geek out and browse other headwork from various porters including formula one engineering as well.
My grandfather was a machinist his entire life and gave me all his tooling before he passed. His carbide bits cut so smooth, never wear out, and are perfectly balanced so I'm very lucky to have the finest tools.
