Prelude BB1
BB4(this refers to the trim such as s, si, dx,lx)
H3 means 1991/september~1996/ October h22a front (wheel drive maybe?)
When you attach ?something? move the harness bracket.
(MT)If the car is a manual, move clutch reserve.
When you attach rear you need to need to process(change the shape) the rear trim
In short if you change the rear you need to change the rear trim. Is talking something about strut bars so. Maybe switching the strut tower bars?
This was translated by my girlfriend. She is fluent in Japanese and from Tokyo. But she isnt that knowledgably about cars. Esp. the import scene. Hope that helps though.

That page has nothing to do with your header, that page is about strut bars. If you want a translation (and don't want to have to ask people to do it) then go to altavista.com and click on the "translate" link. You can put webpages into the translator and it will translate them for you. It works most of the time.
RS*R's website is rs-r.co.jp but they don't have any information on anything for the prelude.
