Model and year would help us help you. With Honda's there is a fuel supply line that goes to the fuel rail that you could disconnect. Some will have 1 quick connect fuel fitting near the firewall as well. Once it is disconnected all you would need is to put constant power to the fuel pump. Some scan tools have that capability.
