I'm wondering if anybody has used one of these chips and do they work?

These products using the OBD Access port on Hondas are awful (at best). They are very generic, add too much fuel and WAY too much timing for what's needed. They come with pre-programmed maps and if they don't work, you'll need to adjust it , but you can't because the ECU won't accept any changes.

Waste of time. If it was Cobb Tuning or similar, with a mappable ECU, that's different. But this, absolutely not.
