Default civic sedan power issue

civic sedan dont have power , doesnt want to rev on high rpms, feels like working on 3 cylinders, i take out the plugs and they where really soaked in oil, i cleaned them with nitro thinner put them back but it is still the same.

engine is 1.6 vti 98 year, has 210.000 miles on it, i didnt notice engine would burn a lot of oil, i didnt make a lot miles since i bought it, maybe like 40 miles a week, now i had ek4 vti hatchback before and have problems with burning igniton coils but that was different beacuse the car there just didnt start any more. Here it starts but dont have power.

Is it time for piston change?

you have oil leaking into your spark plugs. Fix it.

The likely fix is to remove the four old valve cover seals and to install new ones.

Real fix is to keep up with maintenance and stop waiting for a failure that could leave you on the side of the road.
