Default Energy Control Arm Bushings worth?

01 Civic 212k miles

I already have these installed, but the rest of my suspension is really messed up.

Going to buy a mix of Detroit Axle and moog front end suspension parts. Inner & outer tie rods, control arms, ball joints, sway links, struts, etc.

Think it's worth keeping the poly bushings? They squeak quite a bit. My ride is terrible, but I'm not sure if the poly bushings are shot already, or if they were worth keeping

From any research I did they aren’t worth it. They dry out and squeak, and the ones in my old rear LCAs just started to crack and crumble. I’m in the middle of fully rebuilding my EM1 and I decided to go with “hardened” rubber bushings from Hardrace. If you plan on keeping the car for a decent amount of time I’d stick with rubber

If they're squeaking then you've already begun to destroy them. They are fine but they are a maintenance item, you need to keep them greased with the manufacturer recommended lube. If you want maintenance free, go OEM or Hardrace as suggested above.
