Looks like an engine run on standard motor oil rather than synthetic. How does it look under the valve cover?

If you convert to synthetic oil and do regular oil and filter changes, the varnish on the engine internals will eventually clean up.

I've been doing the maintenance regularly (oil, filter, brake. Etc.) and with synthetic oil. Im more than sure that the family that had it before me baby-ed the car and didn't maintain it as much as I do. Granted I also like to redline it. But I was doing the oil pan and valve cover gasket because it seeps through and has for the 3 - 4 years ive had it. I'm saying it was probably worse, also ill have to see if any leaks form from now on

pretty normal, next time you plan to do an oil change, you can add some seafoam to the oil a day or 2 before the oil change, should help to clean some of that stuff up, but I wouldn't really worry about it
