I bought a 98 honda accord ever since i got it. It blows black smoke its not burning oil its burning gas the swap is from f23a1 to f22b and they changed the distributor from obd 2 to obd 1 and i been trying to fix it i can drive car and it drives good just cant go over 4k rpms and cant go over 80 mph and like i said burns alot of gas. I have changed egr valve, distributor, fuel pump, i put in a accel ignition coil, i think it has something to do with the distributor cause theres a 96 honda civic distributor i had to find cause that was only one to match the plug they put in but not sure if anybody can help let me know pls i have changed wires plugs and theres always carbon build up on plugs
