Default F22 Crank inside a JDM H22A Block

Hi all,
So i've recently taken my engine out after a major failure and plan to rebuild it, for refernce its a 95 H22A 2.2l JDM honda prelude. The crank is worn beyond repair and i cannot source another H22A Crank anywhere (even with shipping costs, located in UK).
I've read up that you can use a F22 crank in place which i can find a few of locally, im planning on putting forged pistons and con-rods in the block and so i assume i will need them matched to the spec's of a F22 crank or are the 2 totally interchangle?
I.E will i be able to place aftermarket Pistons and rods specifically meant for a normal H22A block or will need to start looking for difference forged F22 rods?

Thanks,

F22 crank has longer stroke. Would have to use F22 rods. F22 cranks also only came with 50mm mains. Make sure your block is 50mm mains too.

Longer stroke would mean larger displacement as well.
