Default Broken wire in harness?

Hi. Trying to track down some hesitation and idle issues with my D15B2 VTEC-swapped '90 CRX and I have discovered this wiring little issue. Video here (sorry for vertical).

Basically, when I giggle this part of the harness, the engine gets unhappy and wants to stall. The car is functioning fine but I'm assuming this will become a problem at some point and may be contributing to the aforementioned issues. What would be the best way to address this? Does it make more sense to get a new harness? I feel like cutting into this thing to find the problem might be like opening a box of screams. I don't have a ton of experience with wiring.

Thanks!

oh thats pretty funny haha
the good news is that your dont need to be afraid of something like this
fixing the problem might take a while but the process should be pretty easy

what your going to need is a multimeter
and you will have to go wire by wire and check for continuity on each one on that part of your harness
while giving the harness the shake until you find the broken wire or the semi broken wire
your going to have to remove the black tape and loom thats on there to see all the wires
but it should be simple enough
it will take a few hours but at the end your problem could be fixed ^_-
and for the price of a 20 dollar multimeter
