Default 05 Civic - A/C not always cold

So I only have cold A/C when I first start the car, when I accelerate heavily, or when I decel heavily at high speeds. I know it has Freon because air is cold when it actually works. Do I have a compressor issue?

When the A/C fails to blow cold, does or doesn't the condenser fan run? Does or doesn't the compressor clutch engage?

Is the heater control panel throwing any codes?

Is the multiplex control system throwing any codes?

Post your findings.
