The turn signal/flasher circuit is integrated as part of the Multiplex Integrated Control Unit (MICU). The MICU is part of the under-dash fuse box. It does not have the traditional turn signal relay as in older generation Hondas.

The MICU is built into the under-dash fuse/relay box; replacement would be the whole box. MICU controls a lot of things.

What is wrong with it? If there is nothing wrong with the MICU and you're just having an issue with hyper-flashing from using aftermarket LEDS, then you can use load resistors at the turn signal wiring.

The rear passenger blinker is flashing fast but the bulb still works. Everything is stock no after market LEDs. I'm hoping for it to just be a bad ground

Can be a a failing bulb (even though it is blinking), wiring, or terminal connector (e.g., corrosion, etc.). Visually inspect the bulbs, bulb connector terminals, etc.
