Default 97 Honda Civic dx trade offer for 1990 gmc s15 gypsy

I’m selling my project truck. Tired of fooling with it. I was offered a trade for a 97 civic dx hatchback with almost 200k miles on it. Is the 97 dx a good vehicle. I have basic knowledge of engines. Rebuilt the 2.5L in my truck. Just trying to get advice to help decide. Only issue with the civic is the ac is not working and needs struts.

Depending on where you live and how much rust it has, a civic hatchback without rust is probably worth about $2,000. If it has a manual transmission and no rust it can be worth around $3,000

Sorry, this is not the appropriate spot for this kind of discussion.

There is a what's it worth sticky you could try a post like this and get some feedback on the general value of a civic/sol etc.
