no, not on the 5 speed. apparently the transmission needs to be removed to access it. from the parts diagram it looks like it's hidden behind the torque converter inside the case. if the transmission were removed, presumably you could replace the filter without splitting the case... but I've never seen this first hand.
The Odyssey 5-speed transmission ATF filter is different than a 6-speed transmission. The ATF filter for a 5-speed is inside the transmission housing; unlike the 6-speed which has an external filter.
The strainer also requires disassembling the transmission. For a 5-speed the ATF filter and strainer are not normal service items.
