does anybody make spoon rep mirrors designed for lefthand drive cars ?

i had genuine spoon mirrors on my old itr and couldn't see **** since they are designed for rhd,, so I'm hoping someone makes some reps for lhd so I can see something in them

 

In because I was just searching around for the same thing a few days ago. Bonus points if they are powered.

 

I heard these are LHD but I don't own them so don't kill me if I'm wrong.
