Default Remote Lock issue

Any help would be appreciated. Have an 07 Honda Accord, when I push the lock button on my key fob all doors except my driver door lock. When I push the unlock button, nothing happens. Have already had the battery in my fob replaced. Any ideas?
just a curios queation, when you put the key into the driver door lock and turn it 2 times, is it normal for this roll the windows down?
Anyone who can help or point me in some direction I would appreciate it. I plan to give this car to my son in a few months and I need to make sure all is good. Thanks.

Does the driver's door lock with the driver's door lock switch?

Yes, the power windows can be controlled with the key in the driver's door key cylinder. Refer to owner's manual (owner's manual is available online at Honda website).

So even though all other functions work properly.. i.e. locks work fine when using lock button on driver door controls. The actuator will cause the fob not lock the door?

The door actuator probably is fine.

The cause may possibly be due to the driver's door master switch, it has a door multiplex control unit incorporated into that assembly. The receiver antenna for the keyless system is also part of that assembly.

Just to rule out the remote transmitter, do you have another remote to see if the same issue exist?
